The Service is provided for entertainment and optional creative use. You may register, upload photos, and use templates to create visual content. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
To use certain features, you may be required to provide a name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Infinite Moment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Infinite Moment reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is the property of Infinite Moment and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Moment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the operator. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
